Refund Policy:
NYSRPS refunds 50% of registration fee for cancellations received in writing to ed@nysrps.org 30 days prior to program and event. Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be given. All hotel reservations booked through NYSRPS are non-refundable. All memberships are non-refundable, once the transaction is completed the membership is active for 1 calendar year. The Executive Director reserves the right to issue a refund with proper approval.
